All items on the Marching Band Payments page are REQUIRED for participation in the 4A/5A Field Show State Championships, Regionals, and/or any CBA Sanctioned Shows.
 
Deadline: 8/20/25; for Credit Card Payments - simply pay here. Check Payments may be submitted per instructions in the application. Bands not participating in State require no payment, but must complete and submit all other forms.
 
If participating in the 2025 State Marching Band Championships - please register by purchasing this Item. If wishing to pay by check, mail to Rick Shaw by the deadline at the address provided in the application form. If only performing in Regionals and/or Sanctioned Shows, please complete the paperwork found below. It doesn’t matter what order you go, and you may enter and revisit this page at any time.
